What started as the dream of one man quickly evolved into a family-owned and run business.

Selim came to Dallas with his own restaurant Project
2007
His dream to make delicious Kebap comes to live with the first Kebab facility in the US – Selims Doner Kebap.
2012
SDK moves to a bigger facility and doubles meat volume per month
2015
SDK starts to manage and supply first franchise chain for Doner Kebap
2023
